4. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

UmojaMart LLC reserves the right to decline future orders from customers who repeatedly refuse confirmed deliveries without a valid reason.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times depend on the customer's location and successful order confirmation.

Delays may occur due to:

Weather conditions, transportation issues, or other unforeseen events.

Customers are responsible for being available to receive their orders at the confirmed delivery address.

6. ORDER CONFIRMATION

If we are unable to contact the customer for confirmation, the order may be cancelled.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns or refunds are accepted only when:

The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.
